The restaurant’s constantly evolving menu brings a modern twist to the many classic Italian specialties and dishes with menu items such as Pappardelle “alla Bellini”, Beef Milanesine “alla Parmigiana” and Sautéed clams “alla Veneziana”. Guests can accompany their meal with a refreshing selection of imported wines, beers and handcrafted cocktails, such as the famous Venetian “Bellini”, a cocktail invented in 1948 by Giuseppe Cipriani at Harry’s Bar in Venice, Italy.

At the top of the hotel, the rooftop Bellini Club offers a private experience for members only and exclusive to members and guests staying at the Beatrice. The contemporary Italian restaurant, inspired by Ignazio and Maggio Cipriani’s many travels through Italy, offers a range of recipes from different regions of the European country. This is the third Bellini Restaurant & Bar to open, after the New York Seaport and Miami Coconut Grove neighborhood. The atmosphere is accessible, fun and welcoming, without compromising the level of service. A cozy bar area decorated with branches of cherry blossoms introduces a warm and intimate space. A nod to the classic cocktail invented in Venice by Ignazio’s great-grandfather in 1948, light and soft hues are scattered throughout, which can be found on the accents of the onyx bar and the upholstery of the seats. . Shiny teak paneling surrounds the dining area and beige travertine flooring.
