If you haven’t heard the news yet, Oklahoma Lottery to Mega Millions and power ball have reached incredible quantities. Right now the Mega Millions is up $940 million and Powerball is now $325 million.
With that kind of money up for grabs, I think I need to buy tickets quickly. They will draw again for Mega Millions later today (01-06-23) and Powerball on Saturday (01-07-23).

With my luck, I have little or no chance of winning. Just the daily chance of winning the lottery is pretty tough luck, add my luck and it quickly becomes almost hopeless. But you know what they say “You can’t win if you don’t play.” I rarely play the lottery, but when the winnings are this high, you almost have to buy a ticket or two. It’s only a few dollars per ticket so why not. It’s quite fun to play, even if you don’t win.
Once in a while, I play lotto or buy scratch tickets just for fun. I actually won a few times with scratches, nothing huge but a win nonetheless. I have known several people who have won decent sums in the lottery with Choice 3 and other games. So far I haven’t had too much luck, maybe I’m late.

The best part of playing for me is thinking of all the ways I would spend the money. From houses to cars, trucks, bikes and all sorts of other cool toys. I can honestly say that I wouldn’t stop working.
I could take a short break to enjoy the earnings, maybe take a vacation, but I would definitely come back to work. So why would anyone keep working if they won the lottery big and became a multi-millionaire? I think I’d be bored, plus there’s something appealing, at least for me, about working and not needing the money.
