Victim says Airbnb is to blame for house party shooting

By Faith Williams (July 28, 2022, 6:59 p.m. EDT) – Victim of shooting at ‘out of control’ party at Airbnb rental sues rental company and landlord for injuries she suffered , claiming the party could have been prevented.

Tyriale Neal filed the lawsuit Wednesday in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas, saying the owners 900 North Group LLC knew about the party and did nothing to stop it, unlike Airbnb’s “anti-party” rules.
