If you’ve lived in Minnesota for a while, you’ve probably camped on one of our 10,000 lakes. But have you camped by the lake in a covered wagon?
Well, now you can. It is thanks to the team of Glamping at Pink Lakelocated on Rose Lake, in Vergas, Minnesota. Rose Lake is in the middle of Minnesota’s Lake Country, in Otter Tail Countyabout 4 1/2 hours northwest of Rochester, about a half hour south of Fargo/Moorhead.
Their Airbnb listing explains the experience like this:
Experience a unique stay in a Conestoga boxcar on the shores of Rose Lake. Each wagon can accommodate 4 people with a king-size bed and a bunk bed. Customers have the option of renting a single wagon or both.
