Harry Potter fans can explore Professor Sprout’s greenhouse on a magical tour this summer

Wizarding World fans can relive the famous herbology scene from Harry Potter and The Chamber of Secrets during Warner Brother’s Studio Tour this summer.

For the first time ever, the doors of Professor Sprout’s iconic greenhouse will be open to the public as part of a permanent addition to the Harry Potter Studio Tour in London.

From July 1, 2022, visitors will be able to recreate moments from Harry Potter and The Chamber of Secrets, as they can even try to pull a potted Mandrake prop from the interactive exhibit.

Professor Sprout’s greenhouse will be part of a new exhibition Mandrakes and Magical Creatures, which will run from July 1 to September 12, 2022.

As well as visiting the original greenhouse built especially for the film, visitors will also be greeted on the tour by the Frog Choir scene that featured in Harry Potter and The Prisoner Of Azkaban.

That’s not all, as the exhibit will also feature an animatronic Monster Book of Monsters, statues of magical creatures including Fawkes, and a chance to see costumes worn by famous movie actors.

If that’s not enough, Professor Sprout’s greenhouse will also join new additions to the outdoor sets on display as part of the tour, including the Hogwarts courtyard fountain and a 1:3 scale version of the family burrow. Weasley.

This is just one of many exhibits that will open during the Harry Potter Warner Brothers Studio Tour in 2022, including a dark arts themed exhibit especially for Halloween – with a spookier Diagon Alley and a Great Hall decorated with over 100 pumpkins – which runs from Friday 23rd September – Sunday 6th November.
