WHAT ARE THE CHANCES?
What are the odds anyone will see this 12+ Point Buck about to lose his life falling through the ice in the terribly freezing waters of northern Minnesota? How awful. The Buck was stuck in the ice, but I can’t imagine the pain he must have felt not being able to free himself.

Mother Nature had to watch over this handsome Buck. According to story, The Thief River Volunteer Fire Department came to the rescue and appear to have arrived just in time.

The article did not say where the deer was, but some comments gave the impression that it was trapped in the waters of a river.

The comments were all very grateful to the Thief River Falls Volunteer Fire Department, for saving the life of this deer, including the deer hunters. “If only a few weeks earlier…” and “Incredible work. We hope this male lives to see another year!” were just some of the comments.

HOW MANY POINTS CAN YOU COUNT?
According to the article, it looks like the deer will survive. I’m trying to count the points! Is it an 18 point dollar? What do you think? All I can say is, whoever called the Thief River Falls Volunteer Fire Department, you deserve a huge thank you from animal lovers everywhere; and to the firefighters, who could have easily said no to this rescue… they didn’t.
