Outrigger rebrands the Manathai Resort on Bang Sak Beach in Khao Lak, Thailand

Outrigger has officially rebranded the Manathai Resort on Bang Sak Beach in Khao Lak, Thailand as Outrigger Khao Lak Beach Resort.

The 158-key property, acquired by Outrigger last year, was renovated before it was rebranded.

“Guests can relax in our swimming pool or jacuzzi while enjoying the breathtaking view of the Andaman Sea,” said Tony Pedroni, Outrigger’s Regional General Manager for Thailand. “Our Edgewater beachfront restaurant and bar proves very popular with a great menu and relaxing atmosphere.”

All rooms, suites and villas in the resort have a balcony or terrace.

The Edgewater Bar & Grill features a pool, lounge chairs, sofas, daybeds and tropical swings. It was designed as a central meeting and relaxation space for clients.

In addition to its resort in Khao Lak, Outrigger opened the Outrigger Surin Beach Resort in Phuket at the end of December. The Outrigger Koh Samui Beach Resort is scheduled to open by July 2022.

Outrigger Khao Lak Beach Resort can be visited as part of the Thai government’s Test and Go or “sandbox” programs.
