The term “grandmillennium” didn’t exist until 2020 when it first appeared as a hashtag on social media. The style is a “grandma and millennial” portmanteau that acts as a rebellion against minimalism.

Think a revival of your grandparents’ bolder design features – bloused ruffles, tapestry and chintz included. This interior design trend is not for the faint of heart.
