Division Street, Inc. Announces Unique NIL Airbnb Home to Oregon Ducks Athletics
Oregon fans now have a new way to experience Oregon athletics and support their favorite student-athletes. Division Street, Inc. has announced that it will offer dual-use income property through Airbnb, benefiting an athlete’s Name, Image and Likeness (NIL) income. The first athlete chosen for ownership is the linebacker Noah Sewell.
“I wanted to give you all a taste of what’s important to me, both as a player and in my life off the pitch,” Noah Sewell said in an Instagram post about rental property. .
According to the Division Street press release, athletes like Sewell are included in the home design process. Incorporating the personal touch of each athlete conveys a ‘storytelling experience’ for the property. Sewell and the other athletes involved in the rental will receive compensation as part of the company’s effort to build their customers’ brand.

The Sewell Theme Rental is now open for booking, with availability through January 31. Another athlete will take over the house afterwards, but there has been no announcement as to who it will be.
While creating a one-of-a-kind rental property is a business for Division Street, the intent of the athletes goes far beyond a single home. Founded by prominent university donors like Phil Knight and the Papé family, the company aims to work in tandem with Oregon student-athletes to build their brand while focusing on the school and their sport.

As for Sewell, this opportunity gives him the opportunity to share his passions with some of Oregon’s biggest fans.

According to SEO On the Airbnb website, the property is available for $ 552 per night for up to six people and has two bedrooms and one bathroom. It also offers a kitchen, free on-site parking, a television, an outdoor fireplace, an indoor fireplace, Wi-Fi and more.
The house is located on Fairway Loop and Eastwood Lane, directly opposite the Eugene Country Club and one mile from Autzen Stadium.
